CHRIS BREEZY IS BACK!
"When Katy Perry was the musical guest on "Saturday Night Live"earlier this season, we were hoping her husband, Russell Brand, would make a cameo appearance on the show. He didn't, but he's making up for it now.
Brand will host "SNL" on Feb. 12, NBC announced Tuesday (Feb. 1). He'll be joined by musical guest Chris Brown, who like Brand is making his first appearance on the show. And now we suppose we'll be waiting to see if Perry, who appeared in a sketch in addition to performing two songs, joins Brand on his trip to New York.
Brand ("Get Him to the Greek," "Forgetting Sarah Marshall") will also be pulling off the somewhat rare feat of hosting "SNL" without an immediate project to plug. His next movies -- a remake of "Arthur" and the animated film "Hop" -- are both being released in April.
Brown, meanwhile, is appearing in advance of the March 22 release of his latest album, "F.A.M.E." He's nominated for three Grammy Awards and currently has two singles, "No BS" and "Yeah 3x," in the Billboard Hot 100. Since completing his community-service sentence after pleading guilty in 2009 to felony assault on his ex-girlfriend Rihanna, Brown has managed to stay out of the headlines for anything other than his music."

I can almost remember it like it was yesterday. I was only 12 years old when I had bought my first rap album, and that album was The College Dropout. Before Kanye, I was an avid listener and HUGE fan of 50 Cent when he first came onto the rap scene; I even had a little crush on him too :) . I remember hearingThrough the Wire for the first time (well, I think it was the first time) on the schools bus, and one of my male friends asked me who that was rapping the song and I said, “some guy named Kanye West.” I don’t know how, but I suddenly became very interested in this guy and couldn’t wait for his album to come out.
I don’t know if AOL Music still does this or not, but back then, the website would allow people to listen to new albums in full only for a week before the actual album would come out. I was so excited to finally listen to what else I can expect from this guy named Kanye West.

you are about to experience something so cold man…”
